Babywearing dance classes from Tappy Toes

Our classes have low impact options, so even if you are just starting out in your fitness journey you'll be able to join.
Absolutely not! Our routines are repetitive and each 6 week course repeats the same routines for the entire course, so you'll really get a chance to perfect them! Then we move on to new dances for the next course. Even someone with two left feet, will be able to follow along. The moves are simple, but effective, and most importantly FUN!
No need to don a tutu and tights for a Sling Tots class. Come in whatever you are comfortable in. Tracksuit bottoms, leggings, vest or t-shirt, we don't care! Milk or sick stains down your top? We're all for it!! You'll just need a pair of trainers and a water bottle and you're good to go.
You will need to provide your own baby carrier for the class, we are unable to provide these.
As soon as you have been cleared for exercise by the midwife/ doctor, then you are welcome to join us at Sling Tots. We recommend waiting 12 weeks after a C-section.
Our babies seem to love the Sling Tots classes, some even fall fast asleep due to the movement and the beat of the music! We are sure your baby will love it and if they don't settle immediately, feel free to leave the class at any moment to change them, feed them, or whatever you need to do to settle them.
Our instructors have all undergone baby wearing training so they can spot if your baby is not positioned correctly in your carrier, and will check that your carrier is safe to use with movement at your first session. We ensure all babies are inward facing so there is no pressure on their hips. Safety is our number one priority at Sling Tots!
